About Me
A passionate academic and researcher having ten years of university teaching, administration, research, and professional corporate experience related to Public Administration and Human Resource Management. I have served as a Lecturer at the Department of Public Administration, Lahore College for Women University. Previously, I worked as an Associate Lecturer at Business School, University of Central Punjab and as an Executive Human Resource Development at Qarshi Industries Pvt Ltd.
Having a PhD in Administrative Sciences (Management) with thesis titled “Assessing Accountability of Electronic Media Authorities under Regulatory Governance: The Case of Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA)”, I gained extensive experience and knowledge about research in the public sector by studying its interactions with citizens, private actors, and societal stakeholders. I have published papers in the related peer reviewed journals. I have presented my PhD research work at national and esteemed international conferences including International Institute of Administrative Sciences Doha Conference 2023, British Academy of Management conference 2022, Biennial Conference on Regulatory Governance 2021, and others. I have the honour of reviewing papers for the national/international journals and conferences including International Journal of Public Sector Management, Journal of Public Policy Practitioners, Governance and Management Review, Academy of Management Conference, and British Academy of Management Conference.
Apart from PhD, I have a Master of Public Administration degree with a distinguished merit certificate and a BSc (Hons) in Management degree with specialization in Human Resource Management.
